New Chief FIRO appointed in DA-BFAR Caraga

OIC Regional Director Dr. Nilo Selim Katada administered on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 the oath of office of the newly promoted Chief Fishing Regulations Officer, Ma'am Omnia B. Olama.

In her message, Olama expressed her gratitude to everyone for the collaboration and cooperation in achieving the deliverables of the Fisheries Management Regulatory and Enforcement Division (FMRED) for the past years that she was designated as the Officer-in-Charge.

"I am beyond grateful for this blessing. In sha Allah, I will not frustrate you, I will strive even harder to perform my work. Together with the team, we will always bear in mind our oath of office. And I will always remind myself that service to mankind is service to God!" the FMRED Chief said.
